The "Quick Workout" - Is it Getting you the Results you're After?
I am always looking to tweak my routine and find out what works and what doesn't. And over the past few years the brief workout trend has taken over in many of the mainstream fitness centers. I see it everyday where personal trainers are giving their clients these fast nonstop workouts that last only 30 to 40 minutes. Now, if it's summer and you're active, a couple of 30 minute workouts per week could suffice. But in my opinion, I think people need to step up their game a little if they want to
