5 Exercises you should Add to your Routine

I am always trying to learn. Whether it be a new diet, a new strength building routine or a new exercise. Learning is what keeps me moving forward and what also allows me to share with you guys new things. One of the things I try to do is incorporate a few new exercises into my routine each month.
