Add Muscle With Bodyweight Exercises!

I am a huge fan of bodyweight exercises but there are times when exercises like push ups or bodyweight squats can become to easy. When you can perform 20 reps or more per exercise than you need to find ways to make these exercises more challenging. I found a great way of doing this.


(Push ups are great but when you can do to many reps per set you need to find ways to make them more challenging.)
