Burn fat and Build Muscle using a Technique called "Ladders"

Working out can become boring and tedious if you let it. How to avoid this is to constantly look for new techniques and workouts and incorporate them into your routine. Whenever I come across one I like, I give it a try and see how it works then relay that information to you guys - I am your guinea pig so to speak. Let me do the research, try the workout, and all you have to do is decide whether or not it fits with what you are doing.
