Lifting for Muscle Mass vs Lifting for Muscle Tone - How to Lose Bulkiness in your Physique!

I made a decision years ago about the way I wanted my body to look. I no longer wanted to keep getting bigger and bigger but instead wanted to focus my attention on getting that lean, Hollywood, GQ look that you see in movies and magazines all the time. It's easy to get caught up in the "getting big" crowd in your gym - because of the male ego. However, getting a lean and toned physique looks way better than that big muscle head look.....and it ain't even close.
